Delphine Remy-Boutang is WW Social Media Marketing Director at IBM. She joined IBM 11 years ago and is based in London. Prior to her current role, Delphine held a number of positions within IBM communications, marketing and Sales. Before joining IBM, Delphine worked at EURO RSCG and Alain Carre in Paris where she was responsible of Public, Press Relations. In her current role, she drives digital influence strategy and execution at IBM focused on driving innovative marketing capabilities via the web. This in support of IBM's strategy of enabling and activating IBM's 400,000 employees as representatives of the brand. IBM has the largest employee population active in social media anywhere in the world. She is a frequent speaker at seminars, internal IBM conferences on the subject of social media marketing and its effective use. She was the Co-Chair of IBM Social Media Marketing Summit 2010 in New York City. She has also been interviewed numerously on the subject of Social Business recently by BtoB Magazine USA: The Social Life.  She was also invited recently as guest blogger on France Television blog (France TV is the French public national television broadcaster) to help shape their Social Media guidelines.
